Turf n Stuff Play Grade Coloured Woodchip

Looking to add a bit more fun and vibrant colour to your play ground? Then you should really consider this product.

Our Play Grade Coloured Wood Chip is created from recycled timber. The timber is carefully selected before chipping to ensure only clean wood is processed.

The resultant woodchip is then sieved, to remove as much dust as possible, and passed over ferrous and non-ferrous detectors to ensure that the product is free of any metal contamination.

Our woodchip is then died to the appropriate colour and the left to dry for 2 weeks.

Our woodchip has a Certificate of Test from the BSI for impact absorbing playground surfacing BS EN 1177:1998

Our Coloured Wood Chip is very popular with schools and other childcare organisations. The varied colours give much more opportunity for creativity than ordinary play bark.

Completely Safe For Children

Our Coloured Wood Chip has a very low moisture content and therefore lasts 5 times longer than bark products

A two inch layer of recycled woodchip is sufficient to block out sunlight and eradicate weed growth
UV light will fade the colour of the top surface but regular raking keeps the colour looking bright

Use in conjuction with a Weed Control Fabric for best results.
