All our turf carries a full money back guarantee subject to the following conditions:
Turf is a perishable item and must be laid within 24 hrs of arrival
The guarantee lasts for 1 month from date of delivery
Turf must be watered with a hose pipe and sprinkler system frequently for 2 weeks after laying unless it rains
You must supply photographic evidence on claims below £250
Claims above £250 will be subject to a site inspection by an independent consultant (ADAS)
Exceptions to the warranty are: meadowgrass content(Poa Annua), weeds originating from below the turf level, dog or animal damage after laying, temporary mushroom growth ( a natural result of the turf cutting procedure)
The warranty allows for the refund of the full purchase price including delivery costs, it does not allow for any further claims for consequential loss
