Grass needs an open, easily draining but high organic matter material in at least the first 2" below the surface.

We, along with many others, have only had screened topsoil available for this job. However we have now developed this product exclusively for ourselves. This new product has been developed from the professionals in the sports and golf industries.

It is a blend of organic, fibrous, nutrient rich water retentive products and sports grade (USGA) sand (non-compressable).

This product will help prevent waterlogging and therefore moss growth, whilst retaining moisture during drier times.

On the cost front, this product is 59% lighter than an average graded topsoil. 1 Tonne therefore goes 59% further for a given depth. Checkout the calculator below and you will see how much you can save.
